Hi am delighted to share my experience today because I am able to type with my both the hands without any pain. I never thought that I would be able to do my day today work easily and smoothly post delivery .

But all this was possible due to treatment and prescription suggested by Dr.Avijit Das.

I had sharp shooting pain in both the wrist while moving thumbs. Problem occurred post delivery in both the hands…. It seemed to me that this pain will stay lifelong with me..

When I consulted Dr. Avijit, he quickly diagnosed the issue and explained in detail that why all this happened.. He advised to take complete rest with some physio treatment..

I couldn’t follow instructions of taking complete rest because of doing motherly duties and household responsibilities. I ignored pain when it became bit shadowed.

But again when the same pain started, I preferred to consult only him. And Dr.Avijit is like God to me now as he cured my 6months long health issue.

In addition to the treatment, he also shared few tips and exercises to stay fit and completely cure tendonitis problem in both wrist.

I had a shoulder pain , which occurred due to bad posture and working on laptop , I was in pain and was unable to move my left shoulder , Also that very next month I had to go for a trek , Doc prescribed me few exercises and it was like magic , The pain was reduced .For the entire trip there was no issue with the shoulder as I was carrying almost 6kg bag for 13 kms everyday for 7 days . Doctor is very crisp and to the point. Within 2 mins he understood the problem. I am having chest tightness sometimes, not sure why. He asked little info and suggested breathing excersises. Even searched the breathing excersise device in amazon and shared the info. Very friendly.

I had consulted the doctor for my leg calf pain issue due to over stepping or extra running. The doctor suggested me the natural way of healing which I found useful before I used to use the leg support which doesn't help much.
